    If you are new to this neighborhood we kindly ask that your first time booking you will commit to 3 months so we can get better acquainted, strategize your design needs, and monitor the outcomes together!

  • Not a problem! When it is time to renew your monthly service we can easily upgrade or downgrade your level of support.

  • If you are ready to go all in we want to take care of you!

    • For friends booking for 3 months, we’d be more than happy to offer 15% off your total.

    • For friends booking for 6 months, we will take 20%

    • Our friends wanting a 12 month commitment will receive 25% off the total.

  • Absolutely! If you wanna take our services for a test-spin before you commit to a large-scale project or just need month to month support for all of your brand’s design needs this is the service for you.

  • No hourly tracking, just fair use based on workload and needs.

  • Not a problem! If you aren’t quite sure where you need to start, you can always book a website audit with me for just $89!

    It’s a low-commitment way to diagnose any design, conversion, or SEO related issues before you commit to a real revamp!

    And as always, your investment carries forward to a full project.

  • We mostly build and design our websites through Squarespace. This is because of its intuitive and user friendly interface for beginners so that our clients feel confident making updates and maintaining it on their own.

    We do welcome several other platforms if your current website lives elsewhere and you are unable to make the switch.

  • Typically these user-friendly website hosting platforms do have a monthly fee that may vary depending on your unique needs.

    Unfortunately the scope of our services do not cover ongoing costs of these memberships or your domain and you will need to hold these accounts on your own. Though, we are happy to help you navigate the process and get them set up!

  • Absolutely. More than half of internet traffic comes from mobile devices. Which is why it is so important that we include mobile optimization services in our website design packages.

  • Yes. If you need a shop, we’ll build an intuitive, secure, and easy-to-manage online store tailored to your business.

    We offer e-commerce options within all tiers of our services (up to 5 products) with our Cornerstone Package offering up to 20. If you need a site with more products, we offer additional services for e-commerce. Product numbers can be added in increments of 5.

  • While having these elements is not a requirement to start a project with me, it will make things much quicker! No sweat, I offer a range of services to help you get all the essentials so we can make sure your website looks and operates its best.

    • Logos / Branding assets in appropriate files (png, svg, jpeg)

    • Copywriting for each page

    • All images, videos, graphics, or visuals in appropriate file types (png, jpeg)

    • Product descriptions

  • Yessss! We believe in empowering small businesses.

    We’ll provide training and user-friendly tools so you can make updates without the stress. Or, if you’d rather be hands-off, our Mainstay service has you fully covered.

  • If you choose a Mainstay plan, we’ll handle maintenance, updates, and ongoing improvements so your site stays fresh and secure.

    If you prefer to manage it yourself, we’ll provide a comprehensive handoff guide and training so you feel confident making updates!

    If there is ever a day, week, or month, where you decide updates and maintenance aren’t for you, we have plenty of service options to take that off your plate.
